What each tool offers
TTSMaker advertises online text to speech with voice speed, pitch and paragraph pause controls, MP3 download, SRT export, and a multi-speaker mode. Multi-speaker speech is not exclusive to TTS Lines.
TTS Lines treats the script as editable lines. You can set a speaker, speed, and pause per line, regenerate a corrected line, then export a joined MP3 or WAV, a ZIP of line MP3s, or SRT captions.
The workflow difference
If a product name is misread in sentence four, TTS Lines lets you change and generate that line again. The other lines remain in your draft. The free local voices generate in the browser after a large first model download.
TTSMaker has a much broader voice catalog on its public page. Try its sample with your own language and script if voice choice matters more than keeping your script in a local generation workflow.
How to choose
Use the same short script in both products. Check a proper noun, a speaker change, and the exact file you need to hand off. Listen to the result rather than assuming either product sounds better for every language.
