Start with the listener

A line of narration has to make sense the first time it is heard. Put the action or point early. If a sentence contains several clauses, read it aloud and decide whether it should become two lines.

Do not turn every line into a fragment. A complete thought gives the voice more context and gives the listener a better chance to follow it.

Test words that may fail

Names, product terms, URLs, numbers, and abbreviations deserve a listening pass. Try one representative line in TTS Lines, then change only the spelling or wording that sounds wrong. For Hebrew, write numbers as words before generation.

A phonetic workaround can make the audio sound right while making the visible script less standard. Keep a separate canonical written copy if exact spelling matters for captions or publication.

Edit against the finished audio

Generate the draft, listen to the full sequence, and mark any line that sounds too long or too abrupt. Revise those lines and regenerate them. Once the wording is settled, set pauses and export the final recording and any captions together.
