What Murf includes
Murf describes Studio as a cloud platform with voice customization, pauses, pronunciation controls, and the ability to sync visuals and music. Its help center also describes voice cloning and a much larger voice selection than TTS Lines.
TTS Lines has a smaller local voice set. It gives you editable lines, speaker overrides, and MP3 clips you can put on a timeline elsewhere. It does not edit a video or add music.
Where the time goes
If you already have a video editor, separate narration clips can make revisions small: fix a line, download a replacement, and leave other clips in place. The first local model load can take time, though, and a slower device may generate slowly.
